Without explicit DDR5 support, print_spd_info() was decoding DDR5 DIMMs
with the DDR4 SPD layout, so banks, ranks, rows, columns, and module
size were all displaying incorrect values.
Add DDR5-specific decoding in spd_bin.c using JESD400-5 byte positions.
Define these offsets in ddr5.h and branch in each getter when
dram_type is DDR5 so printed SPD info matches the actual module.
Fix printk reporting DIMM module size to only report "per channel" when

We've accumulated a number of endianness-handling and related macros
that are duplicated between coreboot and libpayload. This patch reduces
duplication by merging them into a commonlib header. This has the added
side-benefit of bringing the coreboot implementation of beXXenc/dec()
functions to libpayload, which lead to better code generation by
avoiding https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=92716.
Keep the htobell()-style functions in libpayload only since they're not
needed in coreboot and not preferred. Keep the cpu_to_beXX()-style
functions in coreboot only -- maybe we should deprecate those
eventually.
This patch is explicitly copying and relicensing some of the code I
originally added as GPLv2 in commit e8e92d60c4 ("endian.h: Add
be32dec/be32enc family of functions") to BSD-3.

The current implementation of the HDA verb table has been shown to have
some problems. The primary issue is that it requires the programmer to
keep track of the amount of verbs that are going to be loaded. While
this may sound simple, in practice there have been numerous cases where
this "count field" has been forgotten to be updated or miscounted. In
the case where the "count field" is incorrect, coreboot will start
looking for codecs in some random memory location, essentially making
loading further codecs impossible.
Another issue is the "count field" treats 4 32-bit values as a single
group, therefore the amount of verbs in the table must be a multiple
of 4. This makes intuitive sense when only using the AZALIA_PIN_CFG() or
AZALIA_SUBVENDOR() macros. However, once the verb table requires
"controls" that use < 4 verbs (e.g. "Coefficient Index"), we need to add
padding values to ensure the alignment is correct. This adds unnecessary
verbs to the table which can further lead to unnecessary processing.
Therefore, in this change we proprose a solution by separating the codec
entries in the verb table into structures, which allows us to separate
the verbs into an array and automatically calculate the "count field"
using the ARRAY_SIZE() macro. It also makes iteration and access to
member fields easier. We also now count the verbs and not 4 32-bit
groups, eliminating the aforementioned alignment issue.
Additionally, this change also changes the way coreboot searches for
entries in the verb table. Before, we searched the table for only a
matching vendor ID, but now we search for a matching vendor ID and
codec address pair. This allows a mainboard to be able to correctly load
multiple audio codecs that use the same chips.
To make reviewing this large rework easier, we temporarily keep both
implementations (legacy and reworked) and allow boards to choose which
implementation to use by selecting a Kconfig. Newer boards are
discouraged from using the legacy implementation, as it is not selected
by default. This allows us to slowly change the codebase instead of
changing everything at once.
TEST=
1. Timeless build with AZALIA_USE_LEGACY_VERB_TABLE=y produces
identical binaries (with INCLUDE_CONFIG_FILE=n)
2. HP ProBook 450 G3 using reworked verb table was able to load all
verbs successfully.

This resolves a crash issue observed on Meteor Lake and introduced by
commit 70bdd2e1fa ("cpu/x86/topology:
Simplify CPU topology initialization"). This commit simplifies the
code and provides more detailed CPU topology information by
generalizing the use of the Extended Topology Enumeration Leaves
0x1f. As a result, the coreboot APIC core_id field does not provide
the fully detailed path information.
It turns out that the topology core identifier is used by the coreboot
MP service mp_get_processor_info() implementation. But the MP Service
EFI_CPU_PHYSICAL_LOCATION data structure only captures information
about the package, core, and thread. The core identifier returned to
the MP service caller must incorporate the full hierarchical path (die
group, die, module, tile, module and core).
This commit adds a new field to the cpu topology structure to
represent the core ID within the package.
For reference, here is that signature of the crash:

On platforms with multiple IOAPICs the GSI base must not be
linear, which is currently assumed by acpi_create_madt_ioapic_from_hw().
Integrate the existing struct device DEVICE_PATH_IOAPIC type and allow
to assign custom GSI bases for each IOAPIC. Write out the IOAPIC devices
into the MADT table if any.
For now, since no platform adds IOAPIC devices, the existing behaviour
remains the same. Allows to get rid of soc_get_ioapic_info().

As per commit 8651731537 ("sconfig: Move config_of_soc from device.h
to static.h") and commit 05a13e7ed9 ("sconfig: Move (WEAK_)DEV_PTR
from device.h to static.h"), sources that require access to the
devicetree should directly include static.h. This allows static.h to be
removed from device.h, eliminating many unnecessary dependencies on the
devicetree for objects that only need the device types and function
declarations.
Now that static.h has been included throughout the tree where necessary,
it can be removed from device.h.

Similar to commit 8651731537 ("sconfig: Move config_of_soc from
device.h to static.h"), move these macros to static.h to separate
dependencies on device.h and static.h. These macros resolve to device
alises that are declared in the generated static_devices.h header, so
move them to static.h which includes static_devices.h.
Since static.h remains included in device.h, any source that uses these
macros should still compile correctly. Subsequent commits will add
static.h to files that need them, after which static.h can be dropped
from device.h.

Many sources include device.h and thus static.h, but many only need the
function declarations and type definitions, not the compiled devicetree
from sconfig. This causes many unnecessary recompiles whenever the
devicetree is updated due to the dependency. Address this by moving the
config_of_soc macro directly into the generated static.h header, as it
seems to be the only line in device.h that actually requires static.h.
For now, static.h remains included in device.h so that the build is not
affected. Subsequent commits will include static.h directly into sources
that actually need it, after which it can be dropped from device.h.
Some statistics for C objects:
Dell Latitude E6400 (GM45/ICH9):

181 depend on static.h
2 require static.h
Dell Latitude E6430 (Ivy Bridge/Panther Point):
693 total objects
199 depend on static.h
3 require static.h
Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 / M900 Tiny (Kaby Lake):
794 total objects

23 objects require static.h
MSI PRO Z690-A (WIFI) DDR4 (Alder Lake):
959 total objects

25 require static.h
The number of objects was determined by grepping the build log for
calls to CC, the number of objects that depend on static.h was
determined by grepping for calls to CC after touching static.h, and the
number of objects that actually require the static.h related lines from
device.h was determined by grepping for objects that failed to build
after removing the static.h lines from device.h and running make with
the --keep-going flag.
