Pranava Y N ac7487d766 mb/google/fatcat: Use same MAINBOARD_PART_NUMBER for felino variants 
This patch unifies all the felino variants based on
`BOARD_GOOGLE_MODEL_FELINO` to use the same mainboard part number
`Felino`.

TEST=Able to build/boot felino
