WWAN_FCPO == GPP_D6 WWAN_RST == GPP_E17 spec reuqest: 0 < toff <10ms LTE is controlled by bits 14 and 15 in fw_config, and P sensor and LTE modules exist at the same time, so we use the same bit to control whether to load the driver.
