Set SYSTEM_TYPE_CONVERTIBLE for Kahlee-based Spin/Flip devices
so SMBIOS reports a convertible enclosure type. This enables
EC_CHROMEEC_USE_VENDOR_TABLET_CONTROLS on non-ChromeOS builds
and allows use of the vendor tablet mode ACPI.
