Select EC_GOOGLE_CHROMEEC_LED_CONTROL for both BOARD_GOOGLE_MODEL_QUARTZ
and BOARD_GOOGLE_MODEL_MICA. This allows the firmware to communicate
with the EC to manage system LED states.
