According to the datasheet and the LCD team’s response, increase Touch IC enable delay time to resolve touch failure after resume. BUG=b:458190286 TEST=1. Checked the touch screen power sequence waveform. The result is in b:458190286#comment4. 2. The touch feature works after resume.
