Relocate the PRERAM_STACK region to a new address to resolve a memory conflict with the QSEE Trust Zone environment. Details: - The previous location of the PRERAM_STACK starting at 0x14680000 in SSRAM is now reserved for QC QSEE. - This change moves the 16KB PRERAM_STACK from 0x14680000 (SSRAM) to the available memory region starting at 0x14850000 in the BSRAM.
