Set SYSTEM_TYPE_CONVERTIBLE for the Dewatt variant so SMBIOS reports a convertible enclosure type. This allows non-ChromeOS builds to enable EC_CHROMEEC_USE_VENDOR_TABLET_CONTROLS and use the vendor tablet mode ACPI.
