Details:
- Update FspmUpd.h: Add below variable
  - WREQT
- Update FspsUpd.h: Add below variable
  - PchHdaMicPrivacyMode
- Update MemInfoHob.h:
  - Add variable PprTargetedStatus and definition of PPR_REQUEST_MAX.
