-Update definition of SerialIoUartDebugAutoFlow
-Add WREQT, IsWckIdleExitEnabled, LogoPixelHeight , LogoPixelWidth,
LogoXPosition, LogoYPosition ,VgaGraphicsMode12ImagePtr
-Update FspsUpd.h:
- Add PchHdaMicPrivacyMode
