Kyösti Mälkki c641f7ed9f cpu/intel/car: Prepare for C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK 
Pass timestamps and BIST to romstage using the same signature
as C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK will.
