Jędrzej Ciupis 81b417da06 mb/google/dedede: enable Intel CrashLog 
Enable Intel CrashLog diagnostic feature by default on all Google
Dedede variants.

BUG=b:354834461
TEST=Built for Google Dedede and verifed that CrashLog is enabled by
default.
