Vadim Bendebury 68b96f1586 storm: copy WiFi calibration data in the CBMEM 
Invoke the function which copies WiFi calibration data in a CBMEM
table.

BUG=chrome-os-partner:32611
TEST=verified that the WIFI entry is added to CBMEM when the
     calibration data is present in the VPD.
