ec_usb_pd_fw is a board specific utility to generate pointers to
firmware images found in the SPI flash. On some AMD boards the
x86 SPI flash is shared with the EC. The EC can also update the
USB Power Delivery controllers firmware, but it needs to know where
to load the firmware from. It uses pointers stored in the first
128 bytes of the x86 SPI flash.
Add a small utility to generate pointers to the USB PD firmware,
located somewhere in the ROM identified by the FMAP region.
There can be up to 12 USB PD firmwares, depending on the used
vendor or model.

The update_efs_spi_speed allows changing the SPI speed manually in a
binary that has already been built. This will allow binaries not built
for the EM100 SPI ROM emulator to be updated so that they will work.
There is a corresponding change that will check to see if the EFS value
has been modified from the original speed and will prevent coreboot from
updating the SPI speed and mode.

TEST=Update SPI speed in existing binary. See that SPI speed has
changed.

Some Unix systems (GuixSD, NixOS) do not install programs like
Bash and Python to /usr/bin, and /usr/bin/env has to be used to
locate these instead.

The coreboot sites support HTTPS, and requests over HTTP with SSL are
also redirected. So use the more secure URLs, which also saves a
request most of the times, as nothing needs to be redirected.
Run the command below to replace all occurences.
