mb/google/fatcat: Create felino variant
Create the felino variant of the fatcat reference board by copying
the fatcat files to a new directory named for the variant.

TEST=1. util/abuild/abuild -p none -t google/fatcat -x -a
make sure the build includes GOOGLE_FELINO
2. Run part_id_gen tool without any errors
