Pratik Prajapati fb128734ec cbfstool: Add EFI and MMA file types 
Add efi and mma file types.

BUG=chrome-os-partner:43731
TEST=Build and Boot kunimitsu (FAB3). cbfstool shows mma and efi file types.
Not tested on Glados
