Patrick Berny bf84950154 rowan: Fix default test HWID. 
Correct the default GBB_HWID to "ROWAN TEST 9387"

TEST=emerge-rowan coreboot chromeos-bootimage,
            strings /build/rowan/firmware/image.bin | grep "ROWAN TEST"
            and look for 9387 in output
