Nicholas Chin 8edbd872c8 Docs/mb/starlabs/byte_adl.md: Fix embedded rST syntax 
MyST Parser uses {eval-rst} to denote embedded reStructuredText blocks,
not eval_rst as was previously used by recommonmark.
