Elyes HAOUAS bd1683da29 src/{device,drivers}: Add missing 'include <types.h>' 
<types.h> is supposed to provide <stdint.h> and <stddef.h>.
So when <types.h> is included, <stdint.h> and/or <stddef.h> is removed.
