Fabian Meyer a8a4a39adc util/inteltool: Fix Emmitsburg GPIO Group J pad names 
Pad names now matching soc/intel/xeon_sp/ebg/soc_gpio.c.

Test: Generated pad names for ASRock Rack SPC741D8 now compile.
