Elyes Haouas a0ff874489 payloads/seabios: Update stable from 1.16.0 to 1.16.1 
Short summary:
- virtio-blk.{mmio,pci} and virtio-scsi.{mmio,pci} improved.
- Several fixes and code refactor pci_config_*() functions.
- Improved AML parsing.
