Kyösti Mälkki d9cf38fdcb sandy/ivy boards: Switch to use DYNAMIC_CBMEM 
Like with other more recent boards already using DYNAMIC_CBMEM,
the pointer to TOC is no longer stored in GNVS for ACPI.
