The -a flag was already implemented, it just wasn't exposed for the add-payload command. Setting the alignment of the payload will enable using the SPI DMA controller to read the payload on AMD devices. BUG=b:179699789 TEST=cbfstool foo.bin add-payload -a 64 ...
