Felix Held b986e21a6d nb/amd/pi/00730F01/northbridge: drop create_vga_resource ... This system only has one northbridge and amd_initcpuio has already set up the routing of the legacy VGA IO and MMIO ranges to it. Since only the pci_dev_set_resources call remains in nb_set_resources, use pci_dev_set_resources directly as set_resources function.
