Tim Chu ac04c2180c soc/intel/xeon_sp/spr: Select DISABLE_ACPI_HIBERNATE to remove S4 state 
Server platform doesn't have S4 state so select DISABLE_ACPI_HIBERNATE
to remove S4 state from available sleepstates.
