Subrata Banik 3278551f8c drivers/intel/fsp2_0: Include coreboot_tables.h in fsp_gop_blt.h 
The fsp_gop_blt.h header includes `enum lb_fb_orientation`. This enum
is defined within `<boot/coreboot_tables.h>`.

This commit adds the necessary include directive to ensure that
`enum lb_fb_orientation` is available.

BUG=b:409718202
TEST=Able to build and boot google/fatcat.
