Add HDMI GPIO configuration to early GPIO list to support
VGA text o/p in Pre-RAM stage on HDMI.

TEST=If CONFIG_UGOP_EARLY_GRAPHICS is set to y, check SOL
text on HDMI during Pre-RAM boot stage.
