Setting SaGvWpMask to SAGV_POINTS_0_1_2 in dev tree can effectively avoid the idle hang issue, but it will affect the system power. (Before root cause, this is a short term workaround to unblock function test.) BUG=b:287170545 TEST=Able to idle for more than 5+ hours without any hang.
