Uwe Hermann 90216de462 Set the default video memory to 0 MB for all GX1 boards which don't yet 
use that feature in order to not waste RAM.

Also, add missing CONFIG_VIDEO_MB for the eaglelion/5bcm, which should
fix the build for that board.
