Create a new config option to indicate that a board has Google Strauss keyboard. The scan code for Fn key will be set to 94 if the new config is selected. Previously each board was setting the integer config option for Fn key scan code which was not scalable. The new option is a bool and can be easily selected by different boards. BUG=none TEST=Verify coreboot.config before and after this change.
