Aaron Durbin a4073ef2ba UPSTREAM: ec/google/chromeec: provide common SMI handler helpers 
The mainboards which use the Chrome EC duplicate the
same logic in the mainboard smi handler. Provide common
helper functions for those boards to utilize.
