Uwe Hermann 1a6177b720 Various small fixes and updates for lxbios (trivial). 
- Update website URL to http://coreboot.org/Lxbios.

 - Use svn:keywords property to actually expand the $Id$ entries.

 - Update COPYING to the latest version from
   http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.txt
