Rex-BC Chen 7fd9b86eae soc/mediatek/mt8188: replace SPDX identifiers to GPL-2.0-only OR MIT 
For MT8188, the SPDX identifiers are all GPL-2.0-only OR MIT, so
replace "GPL-2.0-only" with "GPL-2.0-only OR MIT".
