Commit 37a89d519d ("ec/lenovo/h8/acpi: Replace Not() with ASL 2.0
syntax") mixed up boolean and bit-wise operators while replacing Not()
with ASL 2.0 syntax. Thus, fix that.
Built dsdt.aml of lenovo/x230 and differs, but it remains the same when
this commit is applied after commit 37a89d519d.
