Martin Roth 7a80a96268 UPSTREAM: vendorcode/amd/pi/Kconfig: update AGESA_BINARY_PI_LOCATION to hex 
The AGESA_BINARY_PI_LOCATION Kconfig symbol was declared as a string.
Change it to a hex value.
