Remove VENDORCODE_FULL_SUPPORT from /soc/amd/stoneyridge/Kconfig and
from vendorcode/amd/pi/00670F00/Makefile.inc, thus completing the removal
of VENDORCODE_FULL_SUPPORT from coreboot.
