Update the default MrChromebox branch to uefipayload_2511. This branch is rebased on the latest upstream edk tag 'edk2-stable202511', and includes a number of other improvements, such as setup menu password protection. TEST=tested on multiple ChromeOS devices from Sandybridge through Meteorlake.
