Gabe Black 4d7d1ed821 pit: Configure the pinmux for the i2c busses that are connected on pit. 
BUG=chrome-os-partner:19420
TEST=Built and booted into depthcharge on pit. Saw that depthcharge could talk
to the TPM over i2c.
