Move enabling SOC_AMD_COMMON_BLOCK_ACPI_DPTC from
soc/amd/picasso/Kconfig to mainboard/google/zork/Kconfig and
conditionally enable it only for Morphius boards.
This reduces which boards/variants have DPTC enabled to only those that
actually use it.
