Karthikeyan Ramasubramanian 79e8cd9809 soc/amd/mendocino/psp_verstage: Remove TODO comment 
PSP verstage has been successfully enabled and this makefile looks good.
Hence removing a TODO comment.

TEST=Build Skyrim BIOS image.
