philipchen 1990f46606 google/veyron: use ramid 0000 for K4B4G1646E-BYK0 DDR3L ... Jerry/Jaq/Mighty/Brain don't use LPDDR3, so it's ok to replace the LPDDR3 RAM in slot 0000. Note that this change makes the ram table for Jerry/Jaq/Mighty/Brain diverge from the other Veyron devices.
