Issue:
Device can't wake up using power key.
Root cause and solution:
EINT event mask register is used to mask EINT wakeup sources. All
wakeup sources are masked by default. So we add a driver here to unmask
all wakeup sources.

TEST=wake the device up by power key on MT8188 EVB.
