Kyösti Mälkki 5a09f61504 UPSTREAM: Remove explicit select MMCONF_SUPPORT 
Make MMCONF_SUPPORT selected with MMCONF_SUPPORT_DEFAULT.

Platforms that remain to have explicit MMCONF_SUPPORT are
ones that should be converted.
