81827aad3c drivers/usb/gadget.c: Add support for EHCI debug using the WCH CH347
The WCH CH347 presents a USB CDC serial port on interface 4 while in
operating modes 0, 1, and 3. Mode 0 also presents a UART on interface
2 but this is ignored for compatibility with the other modes. Mode 2
uses vendor defined HID usages for communication and is not currently
supported. Like the FT232H the data format is hard coded to 8n1.

Tested using a CH347 breakout board and a Dell Latitude E6400.

adc4753a8d usbdebug: Make the EHCI debug console work in the bootblock
Currently this needlessly initializes the hardware in the both the
romstage and the bootblock, but it works.

Build option is renamed to USBDEBUG_IN_PRE_RAM to reflect the
use better, related support files can be built to pre-ram stages
regardless of usbdebug being enabled or not.

Tested on Google/peppy (adapted to C_ENVIRONMENT_BOOTBLOCK).

b0622de878 src/drivers/usb/Kconfig: increase warning signs for BBB owners
The help text is already very clear but some users (first and
foremost the author of this patch ;) are still selecting
USBDEBUG_DONGLE_BEAGLEBONE when using a BeagleBone Black and
waste hours on analyzing the debug output of EHCI debug driver.

6d717ae55f drivers/usb/Kconfig: remove USBDEBUG_DONGLE_BEAGLEBONE_BLACK
Remove the USBDEBUG_DONGLE_BEAGLEBONE_BLACK option that does the same as
USBDEBUG_DONGLE_STD and update the description of USBDEBUG_DONGLE_STD that it
also should be selected for the BeagleBone Black.

a8843dee58 Use more secure HTTPS URLs for coreboot sites
The coreboot sites support HTTPS, and requests over HTTP with SSL are
also redirected. So use the more secure URLs, which also saves a
request most of the times, as nothing needs to be redirected.

Run the command below to replace all occurences.

```
$ git grep -l -E 'http://(www.|review.|)coreboot.org'
| xargs sed -i 's,http://\(.*\)coreboot.org,https://\1coreboot.org,g'
c868fd16a7 drivers/usb: Add option for baudrate of FT232H UART
The maximum supported rate is 12MHz. Only tested with 4MHz though,
since I couldn't set anything higher on my Linux receiver. But that
works fine with another FT*232H as receiver, whoosh.
exposes the following device:
   0x0403 Future Technology Devices International, Ltd
   0x6014 FT232H Single HS USB-UART/FIFO IC
For now UART is hard-coded to 115200, 8n1, no flow-control.
48713a1bf7 console: Drop EARLY_CONSOLE option
We have means to easily disable a specific console in romstage if
necessary, so this global option makes little sense.
The option was initially introduced as a work-around for build issues
around CACHE_AS_RAM, ROMCC and ARCH_ARMV7 dependencies for UARTs.
