mb/google/brya: Create pujjoniru variant

Create the pujjoniru variant of the nissa reference board by copying
the template files to a new directory named for the variant.
And based on schematics PujjoNiru_C5_CHROME_TWL_SCH_MB_V1_1225A.pdf
update devicetree settings.
