UPSTREAM: src/drivers/pc80: Update vga_font_8x16.c to be non-binary

Previously, the file -i command identified vga_font_8x16.c as
application/octet-stream; charset=binary

Now it identifies as:
text/x-c; charset=us-ascii

- Remove non-ascii characters
