soc/intel/pantherlake: Remove implicit VBOOT_MUST_REQUEST_DISPLAY selection
The explicit selection of `CONFIG_VBOOT_MUST_REQUEST_DISPLAY` for Panther Lake SoC has been removed. Panther Lake platforms inherently enable display across all boot modes (normal, developer, recovery) when vboot is active. Therefore, explicitly selecting `VBOOT_MUST_REQUEST_DISPLAY` becomes redundant, especially when `VBOOT_ALWAYS_ENABLE_DISPLAY` is enabled due to the selection of `BMP_LOGO` for ChromeOS devices. TEST=Able to perform ec sync without any additional reboots.
