UPSTREAM: src/include: Fix space between type, * and variable name
Fix the following errors detected by checkpatch.pl:
ERROR: "foo * bar" should be "foo *bar"
ERROR: "foo* bar" should be "foo *bar"
ERROR: "foo*bar" should be "foo *bar"
