mb/google/trulo/var/kaladin: Add eMMC DLL settings
Configure eMMC DLL tuning values for Kaladin project. Sending different speed TX/RX command/data signal to eMMC and check the response is success or not. Based on the test result from each eMMC source used in the project as the tuning value.
