cbmem: add reference code ids

In order to identify the ram used in cbmem for
reference code blobs add common ids to be consumed
by downstream users.

BUG=chrome-os-partner:22866
BRANCH=None
TEST=Built and booted with ref code support. Noted reference
     code entries in cbmem.
